NYBox Weekly Credit Raffle Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the NYBox Weekly Credit Raffle, including eligibility, entry requirements, and claims policies. By participating, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility & Entry Requirements

  • The NYBox Weekly Credit Raffle is open to all NYBox members with an active suite number.
  • Entries are based on actions performed within the specified entry period (Friday to Friday) each week. A maximum of four entries per week is allowed per member, including all actions and referrals.

2. Entry Methods

Members can enter the raffle by performing one or more of the following actions within the entry period:

  • Placing a "Buy for Me" order
  • Completing a shipping transaction
  • Following NYBox on social media and submitting proof (either by commenting on the raffle post or emailing raffle@nybox.com)
  • Referring a friend (submitting their suite number by commenting on the raffle post or emailing raffle@nybox.com)

3. Automatic Entry & Opt-Out

  • All eligible NYBox members will be automatically entered into the raffle based on qualifying actions.
  • Opt-Out: If a member wishes not to be automatically entered into the raffle, they must send an email request to raffle@nybox.com specifying their suite number and desire to opt out. Requests must be received before the entry period ends for that week.

4. Entry Verification

All entries are subject to verification. Proof of actions, such as social media follows and referrals, must be submitted either as a comment on the NYBox website raffle post or via email to raffle@nybox.com. NYBox reserves the right to refuse entries that cannot be verified.

5. Raffle Draw & Announcement

  • Winners will be drawn every Sunday and announced on the NYBox website in the raffle section.
  • Credits won are valid for 45 days. Unused credits will expire after this period.
  • Raffle winnings are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed as gift cards, prepaid cards, or similar items. Credits can only be used toward NYBox services.

6. Claims & Disputes

NYBox aims to ensure that all qualifying suite numbers are listed accurately. However:

  • Responsibility: NYBox is not responsible for errors or omissions in the raffle suite number list, including technical or administrative errors that may prevent a member's suite number from appearing on the list.
  • Claims: Customer Service (CS) representatives are unable to make changes or corrections to the official raffle suite number list or provide credits for omitted entries. NYBox is not liable for any suite numbers missing from the list due to unforeseen errors.
  • Members who believe their suite number has been omitted in error may submit a claim request, which will be reviewed by NYBox management. NYBox’s decision is final, and no further claims or adjustments will be made.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • By participating, members release NYBox from all liability, including claims or disputes related to entry, drawing, or errors.
  • NYBox reserves the right to modify or cancel the raffle at any time, including changes to entry methods, prizes, or eligibility criteria.
